1. Website Use
By accessing and using the Agricon website (www.agricon.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
Permitted Use
This website is intended for use by agricultural professionals, farm operators, equipment distributors, and industry stakeholders seeking information about Agricon products and services. You may browse product catalogs, request quotations, submit inquiries, and access educational content related to commercial farming equipment.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, reproduce or redistribute content without written permission, use automated tools to scrape product data or pricing, or interfere with the website's normal operation.

2. Product Information
Agricon strives to provide accurate and up-to-date product information on this website. However, the following disclaimers apply:
- Specifications & Dimensions: Product specifications, dimensions, capacities, and performance data are approximate and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances, material availability, or continuous product improvement. Final specifications will be confirmed in the formal quotation and order documentation.
- Images & Illustrations: Product images shown on the website are for reference purposes. Actual products may differ in color, finish, or minor design details. Installation environments and optional accessories shown in images may not be included in standard product configurations.
- Pricing: Prices displayed on the website, if any, are indicative and subject to change without notice. Formal pricing is provided through individual quotations based on specific requirements, quantities, shipping destination, and prevailing material costs at the time of order.
- Availability: Product availability is subject to current inventory and production schedules. Lead times will be confirmed at the time of order. Agricon reserves the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.
3. Quotation and Orders
Quotation Process
Quotations are provided based on the information you supply regarding your farm requirements, site conditions, and desired equipment configuration. Quotations are valid for the period specified (typically 30 days) and are subject to material cost fluctuations and currency exchange rate changes for international orders.
Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed purchase order or proforma invoice acceptance, along with the agreed deposit payment. Verbal agreements or email inquiries alone do not constitute a binding order.
Order Modifications
Changes to confirmed orders may be accommodated subject to production status. Modifications requested after manufacturing has commenced may incur additional charges or be declined. All order changes must be submitted in writing and confirmed by Agricon.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation for a full refund of the deposit, minus any administrative fees. Cancellations after manufacturing has started are subject to a restocking or production cost fee determined on a case-by-case basis.
4. Payment Terms
Agricon offers the following standard payment terms for international equipment orders:
- Standard Terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment (against copy of Bill of Lading or equivalent shipping document).
- Accepted Payment Methods: International wire transfer (T/T) to Agricon's designated bank account. Letters of Credit (L/C) may be accepted for orders exceeding $50,000 upon prior agreement.
- Currency: All prices are quoted and payable in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified in the formal quotation. Exchange rate risks for non-USD payments are borne by the buyer.
- Late Payment: Overdue balances may incur a late payment charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount. Agricon reserves the right to suspend production or shipment of orders with outstanding overdue payments.
- Trade Finance & Credit: Established partners with a proven payment history may be eligible for extended payment terms or trade credit facilities. Contact our finance team for details.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Terms
International shipments are typically arranged on FOB (Free on Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms as specified in the quotation. Agricon will arrange container loading, export documentation, and port delivery. Customs clearance, import duties, and local transportation at the destination are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
Lead Times
Standard production lead time is 4-8 weeks from order confirmation, depending on product type and order complexity. Shipping transit times vary by destination (typically 2-6 weeks for ocean freight). Agricon will provide estimated timelines at the time of order but does not guarantee specific delivery dates.
Inspection & Acceptance
Buyers are entitled to inspect equipment upon arrival. Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported to Agricon within 7 business days of delivery along with photographic evidence. Concealed manufacturing defects are covered under Agricon's product warranty.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the designated shipping port (FOB terms) or upon arrival at the destination port (CIF terms). Agricon recommends marine cargo insurance for all international shipments and can arrange coverage upon request.
6. Limitation of Liability
Agricon provides equipment and services on an "as described" basis, subject to the following limitations:
- Product Warranty: Agricon warrants that equipment will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery or 18 months from the date of shipment, whichever occurs first. Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of defective components.
- Installation & Operation: Agricon is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, misuse, or operation contrary to the provided user manuals and technical guidelines. Professional installation guidance is recommended and available upon request.
- Consequential Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agricon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of production, loss of revenue, loss of livestock, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use Agricon equipment.
- Force Majeure: Agricon shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, pandemics, port closures, or supply chain disruptions.
- Maximum Liability: Agricon's total liability for any claim arising from the purchase of equipment shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific equipment giving rise to the claim.
